Our Policy

We realize circumstances occasionally arise which are completely out of one’s control. We understand. 

Late Arrivals

Call the salon and notify the front desk if you will be arriving late for a scheduled appointment.

Clients who arrive late for their appointments will be accommodated in-between other clients if possible or rescheduled.


We require 24-hour notice.

Canceling an appointment with less than 24-hour notice on more than one occasion will be charged a cancellation fee of $25.


No Show

We require a card on file after the first No Show.  

Second No Show will be charged 50% of booked services.

No Show on more than one occasion must pre-pay, in full, for future services



Hairvine does require a deposit in order to secure bookings for groups, appointments spanning more than 3 hours, or for services taking place off-site or out of regular salon hours.


Product Returns

Will be given for defective or damaged products. Used products are non-refundable and will only be taken back for salon credit or exchange (pending approval)



If you are not satisfied with your color and cutting service, please call to schedule a complimentary redo within 7 days. The re-do policy doesn’t cover a complete change in style or color. 

  Because of the nature of home-coloring products, we cannot guarantee color services if the client has previously had color done outside of our salon
