Book Your Appointment
Once you’ve had a chance to learn more about our stylists and review the services, you’re ready to book your first visit. Simply choose the service that fits your hair goals, select your stylist, and pick a time that works for you. After booking, keep an eye on your email for a welcome message with helpful details before your appointment.
What to expect
Your first visit is designed to feel calm, welcoming, and all about you. Enjoy a one-on-one experience in a relaxing, judgment-free space where you can unwind or get a little work done while your color processes. We work with clean, thoughtfully chosen products so your hair is cared for with both beauty and well-being in mind. Whether you arrive dressed up, straight from the office, or cozy in your favorite hoodie, you’re welcome just as you are.
The Visit
Consultation
Our #1 goal is to make sure we’re completely aligned before we begin. Every visit starts with a thorough consultation where we’ll discuss your hair history, current goals, and long term vision for your hair.
Amenities
Didn’t get a chance to grab a bite to eat or a coffee beforehand? No worries. Enjoy complimentary snacks and beverages during your visit.
Work or Relax
Our beautiful color room doubles as a cozy workspace, complete with chargers, pens, and Wi-Fi. Need to hop on a business call? There’s a bench in the hallway for privacy. You’ll also find a little book nook if you’d like something to read while your color processes. Feel free to take a book with you. Many have traveled along with our guests on their vacations.
Shampoo Experience
Your shampoo experience is a quiet moment to relax and reset. Your stylist will gently cleanse the hair while removing any color from the skin, followed by a soothing conditioner and scalp massage so you can simply unwind and enjoy a few peaceful minutes.
Finishing Touches
As your appointment comes to a close, your hair will be styled so you can see the full result of your color and cut. We’ll take a moment to review how everything looks, talk through simple styling tips, and go over product recommendations to help maintain your hair at home. Before you leave, we can also plan your next visit so your color continues to look its best.
