Appointments
Appointments are reserved specifically for you. We recommend arriving on time to ensure the full experience.
Cancellations & No Shows
We kindly require 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Missed appointments or late cancellations may result in a charge of up to 50% of the scheduled service. Future bookings may require a card on file or prepayment.
Late Arrivals
If you are running late, please notify the salon.
Late arrivals may require an adjustment to your service or rescheduling to stay on time for all guests.
Deposits
Deposits may be required for longer appointments, group bookings, or services scheduled outside of regular salon hours.
Extension Services
A consultation is required prior to booking extension services.
Due to the custom nature of extension hair, all hair purchases and deposits are non-refundable.
Service Adjustments
If you are not fully satisfied, please contact the salon within 7 days to schedule an adjustment.
Adjustments are intended to refine the original service and do not include a complete change.
Product Returns
Retail products may be exchanged or issued salon credit if defective or damaged.
Used products are not eligible for refunds and may be accepted for exchange or credit at the salon’s discretion.
Previous Color Disclaimer
Results cannot be guaranteed on hair that has been colored outside of the salon.
Salon Environment
To maintain a calm and focused experience, we ask that you arrive solo unless otherwise arranged.
